+Independent Schools have the flexibility to retain up to 10% of their remaining Secondary One vacancies after the central posting exercise. Similarly, Autonomous Schools may retain up to 5% of their vacancies.
4. The National University of Singapore High School of Mathematics & Science (NUSHS) will not be participating in the central posting exercise. However, there are still 10 vacancies for the Secondary One intake in 2005 in the school. Students who are interested in applying for admission to NUSHS can do so after the central posting exercise by applying directly to NUSHS between 1 Dec 2004 and 2 Dec 2004. Successful applicants will be notified directly by NUSHS. Applicants must meet NUSHS’s admission criteria of a PSLE T-score of at least 250 and an A* in both Mathematics and Science.
