Returning Singaporeans - Immersion Programme

The immersion programme basically allows Singaporean pupils to attend classes for a stipulated period when they are back in Singapore during their school vacation. This provides an avenue for the children to get a feel of school life in Singapore and hopefully helps in easing their re-entry to the system. If parents are interested, they may apply to the schools directly or email PPS for assistance.

Parents should provide us with the following particulars of the child:

1. Name
2. Date of Birth
3. Birth Certificate No
4. Nationality
5. Home Address in Singapore
6. Current school attending overseas
7. Current level attending overseas
8. Level of immersion in Singapore school
9. Duration and date for the immersion

Parents may also indicate their preferences for the schools. However, we are not able to guarantee immersion in any particular school as it would be subjected to availability of vacancy for the level requested for and the Principal's consensus.

Parents will normally be required to pay for school fees for the period that they are in school. However, depending on the individual schools, some may also require parents to purchase school uniforms, textbooks, etc.
