• Fostering a change-ready culture

Functions

• Leads organisational capacity building initiatives in MOE
• Promotes the PS21 movement in MOE
• Reviews organisational structure, processes and systems
• Builds robust IT infrastructure
• Provides consultancy services for developing and deploying reliable IT application systems
• Project manages Masterplan for IT in Education
• Institutes organisation-wide feedback systems
