Customer Service Centre: Other Services

The Customer Service Centre also caters to a range of miscellaneous services, which include the collection of school fees, sale of MOE publications, the collection and submission of tender documents / proposals.

Collection of School Fees

The Customer Service Centre also serves the public by facilitating the payment of school fees. Students and parents/guardians who wish to pay their child’s / ward’s monthly school fees or fee arrears can come to the Customer Service Centre to do so.

Please bring along the notification letter and present it to the Customer Service Executive for processing. Payment can be made by cash, NETS, cash card or cheque made payable to "Ministry of Education". Alternatively, they can also make their payments online by accessing the Online Bill Collection Service.

Directory of Schools

The Directory of Schools 2011, published by MultiNine Corporation Pte Ltd, is available for purchase at our Customer Service Centre at $1.00 (Cash Payment Only). Members of the public interested in having the directory mailed to them (locally or overseas) can direct their requests to:

Tender Submissions

The Ministry of Education will call for open tenders from time to time for various services and supplies. If a vendor wishes to participate in any of the Ministry's open tender, they can either refer to the Gebiz website or request for an “Invitation To Tender” document at the Customer Service Centre. The vendor is then required to submit his tender proposal through the Customer Service Centre by depositing the proposal into the correct tender box before the stipulated closing date and time.
