Customer Service Centre

The Ministry of Education’s Customer Service Centre (CSC) provides a convenient one-stop service point for students and the public to obtain information and services related to education matters.

Location

The Customer Service Centre is located on the podium block of the MOE Building. Walk-in customers are served at the Service Centre, while call-in customers can speak to a Customer Service Executive by calling the hotline at 6872 2220.

To facilitate your visit to the Customer Service Centre, please bring along your NRIC or passport. These will be exchanged for a security pass.

Monday - Friday: 8am to 6pm
Saturday: 8am to 1pm
Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

Service Centre

Walk-in customers are served by Customer Service Executives in the Service Centre. The Service Centre serves as a first point of contact with the Ministry of Education for students and the public to enquire on the following matters:

  1. Examination Services
  2. School Admission Services
  3. Job Applications
  4. Other Services

In addition to being served by the Customer Service Executives, customers can also use the self-help terminals to access the Ministry’s website to seek information and make online submissions of applications and requests.

With the varied range of services, walk-in customers are able to obtain the information they seek or complete their transactions by visiting the Ministry of Education’s headquarters.

Call Centre

Call-in customers are served by Customer Service Executives in the Call Centre, which serves as a one-stop point for information. The Call Centre is equipped with a range of IT applications to enable the Customer Service Executives to answer call-in queries effectively.
